Samuel Charles Amerson

Samuel Charles Amerson, 11 day old infant son of Gregory and Debra (Dyal) Amerson passed away on Tuesday morning, September 27, 2016 at the Medical Center of Plano.

Samuel was born on Friday, September 16, 2016.

He is survived by his parents, Gregory and Debra Amerson of Richardson, Texas, brother Keenan, brother Brady, and sister Piper.

He is also survived by his grandparents – Sam and Mary Amerson of Mt. Ida, Arkansas, Charles Dyal of Bossier City, Louisiana, Neomi Dyal of Salt Lake City, and Darlene and Charles Wilson of Hardy, Arkansas; his aunts and uncles – Sarah and Phil White of Orlando, Florida, Jeffrey Dyal of Los Angeles, California, Rebecca and Philip Ashcroft of Hardy, Arkansas, and Kim Wilson of Bentonville, Arkansas; and one cousin C. J. White of Orlando, Florida.

A funeral service for Samuel will be held by Zoe Community Church at the facilities of First Presbyterian Church, 605 S. Greenville Ave., Allen, Texas, on Friday, September 30, 2016 at 11:00 AM.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 12:00 o’clock noon at Mt. Ida Cemetery in Mt. Ida, Arkansas.

Samuel fought for his life every single day and made Debra and Greg proud parents of 4 children. His parents thank the LORD for giving them the gift of Samuel’s life for 11 days – days that were filled with love from family and friends. Thank you to all those who prayed for baby Samuel, on at least 5 continents.
